Title: Pricing - make an offer instead of fixed price.

Is there a module or other method to have a price for a product as 'Make an Offer' instead of a fixed price?

Hello.

You can set product to Block Product From Ordering: ON. The "Call to order" button will replace 'Add to cart'.
So you can rename button's language definition in admin to "Make an offer"
