Has anyone else had a problem where you cannot view the tax rates you have added since upgrading? I couldn't view my tax rates so added it again but now when I test it on my website, it is charging tax twice. Please help!

Hello.
Check your tax settings. Did you see both tax rates in admin?
After you change tax or location setting clear AbanteCart cache

Hi there
I have cleared the cache but still cannot see the tax rates that are already existing.

Hello.
Please post screenshot with your Tax rates page.
Do you have any tax related errors in AbanteCart error log?
-
No tax related errors. I attach a screen shot as requested. It shows like this on both mobile and desktop.

Could someone please reply to my previous post? The system is still charging my customers tax 2 times when they checkout and won't let me view the tax rates that have been added.
-
Did you get this issue resolved? If so, please let me know how, as I have the same problem.

Hi. You have not any rates in your tax class (according to your screenshot)?
Please clear AbanteCart cache then add some rates and check again storefront

That is because the tax rates are already existing but show up like my previous screenshot. This happened after the last upgrade.
It doesn't matter anymore as I have changed carts now. I simp6y cannot wait 4 months for a reply. I also posted on Facebook and no one answered.

I found out what's causing the tax rates doesn't display. It's because of the language definitions. Look for entry_zone, remove the apostrophe and voila. It will show up again.
Sorry to have smileyrebs leave this cart. :(

Thank you for sharing solution :D

Also, check your rates after making that correction. I found that there were duplicate tax rates. Just delete the duplicate(s) and all is good.
