Title: Failure to upgrade from v1.1.7 to v1.1.8

I failure to upgrade my site through admin cpanel from abantecart v
1.1.7 to v.1.1.8
It's appear below Error Log.

2014-02-23 6:27:24 - database error: AbanteCart core v.1.1.7 Error: MySQL server has gone away Error No: 2006 DELETE FROM ant_messages
WHERE end_date < CURRENT_TIMESTAMP in /home/dolldata/public_html/3dprinter/core/database/mysql.php on line 112

I have change my hosting before.
need rebuild my site or change the hosting again?Do the hosting need set up again?Please advise me
