General Support / Global attributes not showing in product options

Hi,
Global attributes shows unrecognized characters in product options in admin area.
Instead of showing Color: red or black it shows strange characters, and I cannot really add any option.

I tried creating new global attributes but problem stil exists.

This problem occurred after updated php 7.0 to 7.4. Current abantecart version 1.2.16 (I also try upgrading to 1.3.0 but no luck).
I now moved to another hosting, but problem still exists.

Please any solutions on this matter?

Hello,
I tried to upgrade to version 1.3.0 and change php version from 7.0 to 7.4. (I tried also 8.0 but abantecart did not run at all) but after upgrade I had issues with product options values.
All option fields real text were missing and showing some unreadable text

example: on color option instead show "green", "red", "blue" it was showing "GT 13G 7144 4GG G 44 4.."

How can I fix this problem?

Issue 1. If you login through Social Media it does not let you add new address directly on fast checkout. Neither have at least link to redirect to add new address

Issue 2. "Buy now" button on mobile is cut halfway

Issue 3. There is no option to turn off "Buy now" button but leave one page checkout

General Support / shrink / compress images but where are they located?

Hi,
I need to decrease my page size, so I want to download all images throught ftp and compress them with https://tinypng.com
The issue is that all same images seems to be on 2 diferrent locations

1. /public_html/resources/image (images names in this location are like "0.jpg" "1.jpg" "2.jpg" ..)

2. /public_html/image/thumbnails (images names in this location are like "sandisk-usb-flash-drive.jpg" "galaxy-s6-case.jpg" "usb-cable.jpg" ..) <- these are the real names that I gave before upload them

bear in mind that are the same images located in 2 different locations.

Which of these 2 location I need to download? Is the other location then retrieve again the same images and renames them?
If someone can explain a bit.

General Support / resourse html not working

Hi team,

I am trying to add images, icons, videos, through "Add Resource HTML" on media library but does not work for anything.
I write the html code but when I click safe all fields are Null, incuding file location, resource url, name e.t.c.

How can I fixed this? Any suggestions?
There is no error on error log about it.

p.s
For uploading local images from PC its working fine.

Hello, I updated from 1.2.11 to 1.2.12 when I try to modify content pages, it throughs a critical error.

How-to questions / multi Product options and products variations

Hello,
Is there a way that can have 3 similar product pages with product options variations that leads to the same product page?
Ex. "power bank Green" "power bank Black" "power bank White".
The customer to see 3 separate products in category but when enter in any of the product pages above to have 3 color options? and from when ever customer buys, the stock to be removed to be from original stock?

Some other cards have this option but i don't know for abantecart.

General Support / blocks in layout shows wrong name

Dears,
For some reason when i try to add shopping cart as a block it shows wrong name (see attached) normaly the name it should be Shopping Cart.
I saw that again when i tried to put a custom block. the name wasn't shown at all.
Any suggestions?

Support / version 1.2.1 cannot update to 1.2.2 corrupted upgrade file

I tried to auto-update my 1.2.1 version of abantecart to 1.2.2 with no success. Error: Error in data of page with controller: 'pages/product/product'. Please check for key_value present where key_param was set.

Now I want to manual-update to 1.2.2 but it seems that the version abantecart_1.2.2_upgrade_only.tar.gz is corrupted from both of your official sites. Can you send me a new copy please?
