Shipping Modules / Is there a way to have a Fan Courier Romania Extension?

Most of Romanian e-commerce sellers are using Fan Courier for shipping (about 95%). I have found an OpenCart shipping extension for Fan Courier at this link: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=8311&filter_search=fan%20courier&page=2. Is there any way to be converted as an AbanteCart extenson?

In some European countries legislation force the seller to use a specific template for the invoice. There are also conditions for the data in the invoice (VAT value for every item, total VAT, the person who deliver the goods, seller logo, etc.)
I think that AbanteCart needs a new feature to help the admin to edit the invoice appearance, data, and even to manualy insert some data. Somehow, this feature is an invoice editor.

New Features Discussion / Multiple colors themes and multiple fonts choice for the html template

In my oppinion a new feature should be included in the control panel in order to let the admin change the colors in the html5 template for background, buttons, header, footer, etc. The feature should also allow the admin to change the fonts types in case special characters (letter with diacritics) are not recognized by certain font types.
This feature should make things easier for the admins with no or little IT kowlege to customize the store front according to their brands and needs.

The new html5 template looks great.
