Demo site reinstalled each hour so demo orders data is not same with real years to years data.

Regarding to currencies we have option to autoupdate currencies with yahoo servers

Yes, On my side it show only turned ON shipping options. So I can suggest the next steps:
1. make sure your UPS extension version is latest 1.0.1
2. Disable UPS extension.
3. Clear AbanteCart cache in admin
4. Enable UPS extension
5. Retype/reselect all UPS setting and save with bottom's SAVE button! (not quick save)
6. Clear AbanteCart cache in admin
6. check if issue gone
