Title: Error 404

Help!

I just started using AbanteCart and everything was going normal until I accidentally entered a wrong(non-existing) URL and now I cannot even enter the admin panel anymore. When i try to go to the domain or enter the admin URL, I get to this AbanteCart page that says:

"There has been an error processing your request

Please check error log for more info. You can check error log in the control panel if it is functional. Otherwise, refer to error log located in your web server
Go to main page"

From some searching on google and my understanding, this happened because I did not have any file to redirect a 404 error. If so, why wasn't the file included during installation? And how do I fix it?

Will someone help me please?

Go to your cPanel, then go to AbanteCart Cart, as if you're doing a new install.
At the bottom of the page you'll see the install you currently have and an icon of a person, click on that an it will take you to your admin panel. Then bookmark the login page.

I'm not sure what that was you found on Google ... and also try clearing your browsers cache. The login to your admin panel is NOT your domain name/admin, it is a unique php page with the name you assigned to your admin panel during your install.

Thanks Gordon,

I did manage to fix the problem. All I did was remove the whole thing from softaculous and reinstalled it. After the reinstallation everything worked fine. I tested also by entering a URL I know doesn't exist and everything seems fine. I assume the problem was my first installation was a little faulty. Thanks a lot!
