Title: Email customers and get 404

I am trying to email my customers a promotion for my site and when I try to sent the email I get a popup message that says "Connection error occurred. HTTP-status:404" ... how do I rectify this?

Hello.

Check permissions for sendmail files and one ore thing is mod_security may block that page
