Title: product images have disappeared in admin

hi, I went to change a product image in admin  but there are now no images associated with my products. There are still on the web site but none to access or edit in admin. I am using abantecart v 1.2.4 and have made no changes since the last time when they were all visible and editable. The layout for the images page looks a little different too. all the other tags associated with products (general, options etc) are still the same. Any suggestions? Thanks

try to disable cache in settings and check again.

no luck, still no images.

I have tried adding new products but there is no where to add a picture. here is a capture of the media screen.
