Upon entering my shop from a mobile non paracer my store as I configured the sliding banner appears the original default and the icon on shipments among other things appears not only a gray image with X looks

How to present my store to google? because to put my domain in google webmaster gives me some html codes to confirm that I am the owner of such domain .. but where I find the Store Header to paste these codes ..
