Title: admin menu bar

Dear sir,

i am having a different problem in the admin panel where there is the main menu bar which includes Dashboard
Catalog
Sales
Design
Extensions
System
Reports
Help

there is sub menu under each of the option am not able to see it now its just because i had made some wrong customization could u please help me get that back
