I did check with my host provider before i submitted this issue on the forum and from the server side all privileges are allowed.

Hello everyone

I moved my website to a new server and everything was fine but when i stated installing some extensions I get the message
Cannot get tables list. Please check privileges of mysql database user.

i checked my database user privileges and all is OK and cannot see where is the problem.

Any advice

Thanks for your reply
I checked the system/config.php file and i don't see that there is anything wrong

This error occurs from time to time which means that the database connection is good and my site works perfect BUT in some moments something happens and the database connection is down, i checked with my server provider A2 Hosting and they say that there is errors in the server logs file

What other reasons may cause this database failure??

Hello

I am getting the below error messages from time to time and as i see that it is related to a database connection issue, i contacted my host provider A2 Hosting and they say that there is no errors in their log files.

What may cause this issue??

Hello again

I think i found the problem, i have 2 stores, a retail store and email templates are available and another store for wholesale and here in the second store EMAIL TEMPLATES are not available

What is the easiest way to copy the templates from one store to another?? do i have to do them manually one by one??

I have upgraded from 1.2.15 to 1.2.16 and i am getting a similar error as below

2020-07-09 14:18:24 - Email Template with text id "storefront_new_customer_admin_notify" and language_id = 1 not found
2020-07-09 14:18:24 - Error: E-Mail subject required!
2020-07-09 14:18:24 - Email Template with text id "storefront_welcome_email_activated" and language_id = 1 not found
2020-07-09 14:18:24 - Error: E-Mail subject required!

I have checked the email templates in the Design >> Email templates they are available

Can anyone tell what might be wrong??

Yes there was an issue with the extension and i reported that and it was fixed very quickly.

It is a very useful extension and i highly recommend it

No i don't notice any problems and i tested again now and checked the log errors and in the logs the message did not show up.

I am still getting this error and i have debug disabled.

But i have noticed that this error comes up when an item is added to cart and i don't think that it is due to a bot possibly it is a bug in version 1.2.15

it is worth checking

Hi

I found the problem it is NOT from abantecart code, it is caused from the third party extension "Editor Enhancement with Image Manager"
Thanks for your help and i will contact the extension manager
