I got this error while logging in.I cant go inside the panel

To check your issue we need more details.
Please post your AbanteCart version and last few error from AbanteCart error log (http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/user-manual/admin-user-manual/catalog-menu/downloads)
In case you can not access admin you can locate error log directly in the file /system/logs/error.txt
