Template Support / Powered by in 1.9 version.

Hi guys,
Since I have upgraded to 1.9 I can not locate the powered by code anymore? It used to be in the footer tpl file, but no longer there. I made a donation last time so it was ok to remove, but can someone tell me where the code is located this time for the 1.9 version please.

General Support / file download for customers

Hi,
the problem I am still having is when a customer pays for a downloadable product, it shows in there account as a download, but when the product has been downloaded to there pc it shows as an unknown file. This applys to any downloads that is a jpeg, rar, zip, png, etc. I personally am running explorer 11 and windows 7. None of the file downloads have any correct extension. Any ideas please?

Hi all,
does anyone have any idea where to change the color for the banner slider in the htnl5 template. I know in banner manager you can change the images with a new color to the background, but the left hand side where the text is how would you change the color of the background from blue to any other color?

General Support / Option values in product listing

Hi guys,

I have been inspecting the option values for a product listings. My product is 2 x Vinyl cut wheelie bin numbers for a certain price. So as you can guess my customers need an option to choose any 2 numbers from 0 to 9 before purchasing. Now I can add all those number options in the product listing but I can not figure out how a customer can select 2 numbers without it adding the price twice?
the only thing I could come up with is making the option as a text area for them to type in there required numbers needed. Is this the only way I can do this for this number selection option?

Support / Customer downloads

Hi All,

Ok, the problem I am having is that when I have uploaded files to the resources location IE: a zip file in the format RAR, it shows in the download folder fine, it even adds to the product listing fine, but when someone purchases the product and they go to there download section after purchase the file downloads fine but the file format is unknown? it does not download as a zip file, although the file size is correct it just does not download as a zip. Oh and yes for argument sake WINRAR is installed on the pc the file is downloaded to I've even tested it all out myself. This is freaking me out, can anyone help please.

Hi All.

I am wanting to upload via the downloads resources tab zipped files. I have been into AbanteCart cart system settings and increased the figures to 50000 as I am trying to add a 21 meg zipped file to the download folder, but it does not seem to upload it. All I see is the upload bar constantly for ages and ages. I have left it for nearly one hour, yet still no file added. Can anyone tell me how to correct this please?

Support / Orders not registering

Hi All,

I have a problem where although my customers are able to purchase goods from my AbanteCart shop, the software is registering customers in the dashboard panel but is not showing what people have ordered either in the customers tab or total orders tab? My ony way of knowing if people have ordered from the web shop is when paypal send me an email. This is you can imagine is not good that AbanteCart shop dashboard is not recording orders? Any idea's please would be much appreciated.
