Hi

Where to change the label's content (for example manufacturer to brand)?
Is it possible not to display the model for the product? Where to change it?

Text is changed in the languages. You can simply search for text in admin top right

If you need to add new details to the page, you need to edit template (.tpl) file
Template files located in /storefront/view/default/template/ or /storefront/view/default_html5/template/
