Title: UPS module - codes settings problem

Hi,
I use version 1.2.10 and try to set up default UPS module.   I locate in Hong Kong. There is no State/Province and Zip/Postal Code in here.
I tried blank it, enter codes "00" and any other digits. All fails!. How can I do it?
