General Support / Final Page After Order Completed
« on: August 20, 2014, 03:18:26 PM »
Hello. I placed a test order and went thru the entire process and everything was fine. I need to know which page or pages make up this final page which I would call 'thanks'.

Is it the one called Success? Also on this page is the header and footer included? I am asking as I am working with a 3rd party from Google Ad Words and he wants me to paste some code in for better tracking of sales and I dont know where to paste it in.

Thanks

You know what you are right. Since the pictures are not the same dimensions I do see why they would "jump" but there is no gap and they do stay aligned to the left side of the title.

I will have to look at the code there and adjust mine accordingly.

Thanks

Lee thanks as always for the input. I still think this is a bug because when I go here: http://chrinaluc.ca/index.php?rt=product/product&product_id=120

You will notice that every time you click on a thumbnail the large pictures moves up or goes down it does not stay in place when it should. Now the issue with the gap, yes that is fine on yours and theirs. That never changes.

But again you will the larger images do move up or down. I made my images all the same height and width to avoid this.

I was able to make the default html 5 not responsive for now. I still have one issue I cannot figure out.

If you go to www.hygienics.com and look at the site full width you will see it is OK. When you resize the browser nothing gets jumbled anymore but you will notice the header and footer only go from left to right a certain width. It does not go across and fill the space.

If you open the browser a little more by dragging the sides you will see it starts to move. I really would like it to fill it 100% without being cut off. I added in the .css width:100% and it did not work.

What does work is if I add a size in px like 1000px but that is not always accurate so I would rather have 100%.

I am not seeing something in the code. Perhaps someone can tell me what it is.

Thanks

Template Support / Re: Short product description ?!?

I know this thread is old but I want to chime in here. Cookie good job by you on this.

I tried it but not on the category/product listing page but on the actual product detail page. It worked but it gave me the whole description. How can I get it to only show 150 characters?

Here is a product detail page of ours: http://www.hygienics.com/mens-underwear/mature-basics-fluid-resistant-underwear

I would like a short description above the 3 circle graphics. It would sit between that and the name of the product

Weird. I still dont see it work.

I just tried on IE11. Since I dont use IE much I cleared all the cache and history and went to the site fresh and it still did not work

Ok well that worked. The scrolling I can look into later.

My concern is why only 5 of the 8 reviews are showing up.

General Discussion / I think there may be a bug for product images

Hello. I posted this in another section before but I will ask here again. We are on version 1.1.9 of the cart using HTML5 template which I have modified to our needs.

Here is an example: http://www.hygienics.com/mens-underwear/water-resistant-boxer-brief

If you go there click on the thumbnails and as you click on each one you will notice the main-bigimage never stays in place. It keeps moving down and down more.

Why does this occur? I have made the images all the same size 380px x 380px. It is annoying because there is a large gap between the first picture and the thumbnails below.

If that gap did not exist everything would move up more and I could even modify .css file to move up a little closer the tabs/description section.

Please if anyone has an answer let me know.

Thank you

Right now there does not seem to be a way for this. In the admin under Catalog you will have to click reviews to see if any new ones have been posted for you to turn on.

I would like this feature also. I dont even get emails when an new order is placed and still dont know why

General Support / Questions About Reviews
« on: August 18, 2014, 02:00:36 PM »
#1 I have 8 reviews for one product and only 5 show. How do I get it all to show?

#2 Is it possible to make the reviews scroll instead of having it go so far down if many reviews are added in the future?

#3 Can the date be hidden from the reviews?

Thanks
