Title: Is it feasible?

Good afternoon I'm wondering if there is a module / extension that would turn my abantecart site into a site like ebay (the most important feature is that other users can register and sell on it ..)
Or even a better option is that the buyer pays money to the account of the company (my site would be registered as a company to gain the trust of users) and when he receives the item he returns information to the firm that everything is right after that my company transfers money to the seller's account which holds a percentage for itself type 3% of the total amount).
Does such a module exist if it does not exist is there anyone who can do it and how much it can cost?
