Title: New User - Need Help With Install

I want to use this cart system as a mobile ecommerce site for my company.

I followed the instructions and have uploaded everything to a store folder, CHMOD all permissions, Created a new Database, etc.

When I go to try and reach the install page I never get to it. m.kleinerts.com/store and nothing happens.

I should mention why I am trying out the cart. We are hosted by Simple Helix Hosting and we had a Magento Mobile Cart System setup which has been a disaster. The company that did it for us was a joke.

Is it possible the hosting or having magento in the hosting is causing me not to see the install page?

i guess you should to check your domain settings of your hosting account. probably your subdomain m.*** looks to another folder

Im in a chat with my host and hopefully I can get this resolved as I am anxious to get this rolling

I got it resolved. It was with my host and the file permissions which are different values than the ones the instructions say.

Thanks for the help though
