Hi, I am trying to optimize my site and am getting the following error:
"The following requests are returning 404/410 responses...:
h t t p s:// my site here /favicon.ico"
I am thinking at some point I deleted something, but I can see favicon.ico located in the images directory. I see two solutions:
1. Delete this link or call.
2. Put the image where it goes.
But I am not sure how to do either. I've generated a 16 pixel favicon but what file is it supposed to go in? Or am I on the wrong track? Please advise.

Hi, I solved this. The file goes in the root directory.
