Title: I need to make change on product page

Dear brother,
Please see my screenshot, Here I need to make more one column on the right side. When I enable left site block that it's automatic enabled on right side. How to do make change?

This will require few changes.

Conceptually,  You need to include variable on this page template (tpl) and in controller for the page you need to run dispatcher for the block you need to include.

Return result from dispatcher you can assign to the above variable.

How good is your PHP skill to handle this task?

No I am not good on PHP. Can you help me with another way? I need to change it with very soon.
