Support / Fatal error : can somebody help ?

Hi,
I have this error from my sever when I try to open my website :
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home3/ftruffault/public_html/core/database/mysql.php on line 0

Can somebody help me to fix it ? Thanks  :)

Thank you for this information. I'll check it. Also i've found the complete folder. I just used a restricted FTP acces and could not see all the files. I'll then also check the previous given information.

Done : i've got the SSL acces from my hosting. Now i'm trying to see how to insert into my store's URL default page.

Support / Pls Help 404 message when trying to open subscription form

Than you to all members who try to help newbies as far as they can !

I have a 404 message when trying to open the customer subscription form.
An error page open saying that the connection is not private with this message :
NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.
So i try to open it, despite the message. Another page then opens with Hostagator logo . I thought Hostgator had the solution, being the hosting...but they say no.
Please help me, i can not go any further because of this deadlock. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thank you for your answer webdevmerc, but i don't have this path (I have 1.2.2 version). I only could find this one :
/view/default/template/form
but there are many files in this folder.
Does anybody knows which one i have to edit to set change the mandatory value of a field,
or to remove it ? Thanks.

Thank you, i had seen this post before. But i could not find the create.tpl file on : 
storefront>view>default_html5>template>pages>account>create.tpl
The path seem to be different on my version...

some clue ?

How can I set a field as "not mandatory" in the customer registration form ? And if this is possible, how can i delete the field ?

I've found it. I finally selected all languages in Languages Definitions. i searched for account_create block. Then i selected "All languages" at the top, edited "entry_loginname", and add my own translation. I have my translation now displayed in the storefront. I think this could be of some help for people using a translation module. Thanks.

Thank you. I've found the language_value in the database, i've changed it, i've flushed  the cache, but nothing is happening. I've even disabled the translation module. Nothing. It's like all my database translations are not reflected in the storefront. What' s wrong ?
Also the account_create block does not appear in my block list in the admin panel, just an "account" block. And when i click on this account block no entry_loginname option is displayed. Any suggestion will be much apreciated.

Hi,
Where can i find the user login label used in the customer subscription form ?
Every fields (name, adress,...) have their own label, except the user login field
(I'm using an AbanteCart translation module, by the way).

Customization help / How remove default registration form ?

Hi.
I've created my own form  block and made it visible on the customer account page. But, I don't know why I could not remove the default registration form. It does not seem to appear among the block list and when I turn it off in the design panel I have no result : it still shows up in my cart. Any solution ? Thanks.

Hello. Thanks for your reply. No, I don't want to add any product to the customer's order.
To make things easier :
- I want a plugin in which I can manually pre-enter a general formula for all the items on the website. So that at check-out the customers has this displayed :
1) The product flat rate (as it appears on the product page)
2) Added taxes
3) + Shiping (% on the item's volume)
4) + Customs fees (% on the item's value) 

(3 and 4 can be gather in one formula)

Is there such a plugin ? If not, wich part of AbanteCart cart should be modify to implement it ?  Thanks again for your answer.

Hi,

If I plan to import one product and export it again to my customer :
-1) Which payment module (regardless of the payment method cb paypal...)  would be more convenient ? I mean, is there a plugin that automatically calculate the shipping cost and the customs taxes from any preset rule (such as a fixed rate or a percentage on the item price) ?

-2) I've read somewhere that you can install a module based on the weight of the item. Does the same kind of plugin exists if you want that price to be calculated on the volume also (some air companies fix their shipping rate on the volume occupied...)
