I tried to add a menu item in the menu, here is what it looks like in the admin.  I can't delete it.  It messed up the whole look of the site so badly that I had to deactivate the menu on my layout pages.  How can I delete?  If needed, I can go into phpmyadmin, I just need to know where to look. Please help! I am using 1.2

I have tracked down the source of the problem, sort of.  I notice that when I go into the products to edit them, the flat rate shipping is set to 0.00.  When I delete it and click the CHECKMARK right beside it to save, the flat rate shipping goes blank and the flat rate shipping amount that I put in the flat rate shipping extension works, AS LONG AS I don't click SAVE at the very bottom of the page.  But, if I click on SAVE at the bottom of the page, the blank box changes to 0.00.  So, anytime I would have to edit that product, which would make it necessary to click on SAVE, it messes up shipping by automatically changing it to 0.00.  Can someone look into this?  Is it a bug?  Attaching pics..

Just so you know, I did update my site to 2.0 today with no problems and those icons I made and uploaded in MENU are still not going into https:// on the checkout page.  Can someone help!

I don't know what the problem is, but when I view source, it is still showing the images as absolute urls and not relative ones.

That worked great!  I was using the default_html template, so the path was just a bit different, in case someone else needs this information:

public_html/storefront/view/default_html5/template/blocks/category_top.tpl
