Support / Products Purchased Report is wrong

Hi,
I've just realized that our Products Purchased Report showing the same item bought many times despite of all orders were different.
Any ideas how to solve it?
Report on AbanteCart Cart Demo site is ok.

Thanks, I've got it. It doesn't work because our items have multiple size options available in the dropdown menu.

For some reason "Add to Cart" button on home page doesn't work. Option "Same Page Add To Cart" enabled.
Customer is redirected to product page and no items added to cart.

Button "Add To Cart" works on product page only, shopping cart displaying the item and customer is taken to checkout.

On your Demo store this option (on home page) works... button changing to "added to cart" and customer can continue shopping.
 
How can I solve this problem?

Thanks for getting back to me. The only one thing I don't understand - how it could happen if only 3,017.01 MB used of 30,000 MB available?
I think the problem was related to the new extensions I've installed - one was PayMate (free) and another one was "Abandoned Carts" we've bought from Algozone.
After both extensions were uninstalled the problem has disappeared.
Then I've installed PayMate again and there're no errors till now. I'm afraid second extension causes this problem.

Something goes wrong... From time to time can't access website, neither front page nor admin panel. There's message displayed instead:

"There has been an error processing your request

Please check error log for more info. You can check error log in the control panel if it is functional. Otherwise, refer to error log located in your web server
Go to main page"

Here're some lines from error log when I'm able to log in:

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
More info: 2 days ago we've bought and installed extension "abandoned cart". Before that we never experienced any problems. I don't know if it's related or not. Uninstalled it now but problem still exists.
