hey everyone, new here, its my first ecomerce project

SO..
installed abantecart in onlydomains(dot)com hosted server and when trying to login as admin page just refreshin and not opening admin page.
error log:

done a bit of a research  tryed installing other scripts, similar errors pops out.
so im almost sure that is has something to do with host server settings, or maybe im wrong...
so if any one has been in a same situation let me know what might be a solution?
and im about to contact host tech help just not sure what should i ask them?
