Hello, I am experiencing a strange issue with both the standard and pro paypal extension.  The issue is that after installing either one, both test mode and transaction method windows are blank with no possible selections.  Any suggestions/ideas/answers would be greatly appreciated.  I have attached a screenshot and hope this helps explain my issue
