Support / Oder Pending customer email

 I know I must be missing something. When a customer places an order I get an email marked Pending but the customer doesn't receive anything but when I update the order I click on notify customer and they get an email the order has been shipped. Is there a way for the customer to receive a "Order Pending" email when they place the order?

I am using AbanteCart version 1.2.16 with USPS Integration 1.2.16.5 If my customers enter a 9 digit zip code it does not give them the option to choose what method they want to use for shipping and they can not proceed with the order. If they go back and change it to a 5 digit zip code everything works fine. Can I get any advice on how to fix this.

 I have asked Square support, but I was looking for people that use it in real time before I pull the trigger on 1.3.0 update.

Plus it looks like they haven't tested it with any upgrade since 1.2.16 and Fast Checkout is a No Go

AbanteCart 1.2.x installed (tested up to AbanteCart 1.2.16). [There is no current support for AbanteCart's FastCheckout.]

Extension Support / Square payment extension with AbanteCart 1.3.0

 Has anybody updated to AbanteCart 1.3.0 that is using Square for payment processing?  If everything still working with the Square payment extension?

I turned off the beauty products but left them on the site for a while so I could see how they were setup and how the features work.

Hint:  the manual link is in the top header of the forum,.   the search function is pretty robust.  May get you answers quicker sometimes.  if the info is adequate for your question.

 I have done a google search and searched the forum with no real answer.
 Your top link does not show the same button nor does it explain what it is. Version 1.2.16 has a bubble check box with no explanation of what happens when you check it. I've tested it checked and unchecked and see no difference.
The second link doesn't work.

Support / Invoice email template to customer corrupted

 I was looking to make a text change in my storefront_order_confirm template and when I selected "Visual" mode I made a small text change and saved the changes. After that the text in the HTML Body section became corrupted and the problems began. I found a clean copy from my test site and copies and pasted it into the HTML Body section but I keep getting these warnings  "Can't send emails. Please see log for details and check your mail settings." where I check AbanteCart log I see
"2021-04-10 18:10:32 - Error: DATA not accepted from server!" I am running version 1.2.16

Customers receive the emails when I update their orders but not the original invoice.

I've tried everything I know to do, can anybody please help.

1. make sure your have correct Store url in your settings ; Everything has been working for months. I have an SSL but my admin links only show atmostools.com/ instead of https://www.atmostools.com/

3. Clear AbanteCart and browser caches: Did that
4. One more thing some files may not be accessible due to wrong file permissions or incorrect mod_security rules in your hosting; Will do

When I log into my admin page I get this page adminPage.jpg . Then I click on the "Catalog" button followed by the "Product" button and I get this page adminPage2.jpg . Then when I click on the "Dashboard" button I get this page adminPage3.jpg . I have tried in three different browsers and cleared my cache and tried again, I get the same thing every time. I can access items on the top menu, but when I try to access any links on the left menu the same thing happens. I have the latest version of AbanteCart installed.

 it looks like I fixed it. I used this address for the IPN and my order went through without a Fail notice

 I run the PayPal in Sandbox mode and everything appeared to work. I then tried it not in Sandbox mode and when the payment went through then it went to https://atmostools.com/index.php?rt=extension/default_pp_standart/pending_payment on the screen said "Waiting For Paymment Confirmation" and it just sat there and spun for a while then the screen opened up the confirmation page with the message I created  "Your Order Has Been Processed! Your Order Has Been Processed!. Your order will be verified manually by administrator."
and I got one mail message that read

 and one that read

 Still struggling with this error. I am in contact with PayPal tech and they ask me to provide them with information to show it is on their end. How do I get an error log that will show why the error "Failed or missing response from payment verification. Manual verification is required! this link" ???
