500 Internal Server Error is very generic.
Get more details from your abantecart log or if you see no error there, try to get error from your server log.

What actual memory_limit directive value do you have?

what about giant pictures of categories? Can you look biggest file inside /resources/image directory? Is it assigned to category?
try to rename it temporary and open page

check permissions for public_html/image directory.
I must be writable for php!
Also you can enable system check settings to view what's going on.

When i looked into your cpanel it's write that memory_limit size for php - 512Mb, But when i go into settings->system->system and press button phpinfo i see that memory_limit 128Mb there.
Just open your php.ini file inside root directory of your site and increase memory limit to 512.
But i still confused what a cause of crashes. Tried to look into httpd.error but error is generic there.You can ask your hosting provider support about more detailed log.
We have working abantecart with 64Mb memory limit.

also i see full-size php.ini in your public_html directory. I think it's a bad idea. Please remove it. i guess you have conflict on php-level.

I deleted, but the problem persists. I added back.
I changed the php. [ 5,5 (native) in 5,4 ] and ... nothing.
The error appears in the media section (upload photo)

I changed manually php.ini file settings like post_max_size and upload_max_filesize.

just change permissions for files to 444 (only read)
