Title: error contacting customer

Hi,

Today I tried for the first time to contact a customer via my admin (Sales --> Send Email) and got an error message - see attached pic.

As far as I know everything else works fine. I have received alert emails and inquiry emails. I have the mail protocol set to 'mail.'

I looked at my server error log and found this

[Wed Dec 05 16:16:38.613064 2018] [:error] [pid 10431:tid 46928145516288] [client 107.77.245.8:21099] SoftException in Application.cpp:267: File "/home/site/public_html/increase4all/task.php" is writeable by group, referer: https://bluestarway.com/increase4all/index.php?rt=sale/contact&s=secret&token=Li2UxoudHedFrreQrMhHpu2T5GgU2wvV

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

please change permissions for this file to 644 (write-read-read) via filemanager and let us know
