Title: How to add another additional menu in the backend ?

I want to add additional menu in the backend ? What is the directory of the topmenu.

Example:
Catalog | Sales | Design | Extensions | System | Report | Help | SocialMedia

The new menu is : SocialMedia

I want to add scripts.
