After following the steps in the video.  Do I still need to go to Design - Layout?  The video shows this, then clicking on column left +.  But the facebook pixels are not something that need to be shown visually.

Does anyone use facebook pixels on their website?  The directions from Facebook say to "paste the pixel code at the bottom of the header section, just above the </head> tag."  Where do I find this?  Any help would be appreciated.

I have a coupon created, let's say 20% off.  But I would like to apply it to, let's say dog food.  And I have a LOT of that product.  Is there a way to set the coupon code to only be used on dog food?

I talked with Authorize.net again.  I have an API Login ID.  If I didn't then they would not be receiving customer billing info, credit card info.  They said that the cart is not transferring shipping info to them.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks.  for your time.  Yes, I am in Live mode.

I created a 20% off coupon and have it turned on.  But when I go to the website I don't see anything about 20% off.  No banner, nothing.  How would a customer know that there is a 20% offer

Thank you for your reply.  I have talked with authorize.net and I feel it is not the security settings.  They are not receiving the shipping information.  So because of that there is suspicious activity.  They are not getting the shipping address of the customer.

I have done a sample checkout in the Cart.  Have registered having an account (not a guest), supplied billing info, shipping info and credit card information. The transaction appears to process.  But I receive a notification from credit card company (authorize.net) that not going through.  It appears that the shipping address is not being transmitted to the credit card gateway.  Is there something I need to "turn on" in payments extension to allow info to get through.  Any insight will help.  Thanks.

Built-in Features / date formatting in My Order History

In the section 'My Order History' the date format is not what I want.  It has the month and day switched.  I want it to read the month/day/year format.  I would I go about changing this?  Thanks.

It may be included m but it is not in MY list of extensions.  So how do I download it?  I don't know if it was deleted, but if it was how do i retrieve it?

Thanks for the info.  But once I clicked on the link, a long list popped up and I saw the one for UPS, then what?  How exactly to I download it?

Where is the extension for UPS?  It was there in the list, now it it gone.  I tried search, it was there and looked in All Extension.  Not there either.
