Title: Enable Product Review only if purchase is completed/verified

Add a review option, something like amazon "verified purchase" option.
So users who bought the product can only review that product. Otherwise disable review.

FYI, I tried searching "product review" nothing came up.

This is a interesting idea.
We will think if this can be squeezed in the next release 1.2.11
