The response is correct.  The item costs USD 3.12 to ship via media mail.  However, none of the prices are showing up in the drop down box in the shipping estimator.

You should to check customer address , usps settings (location) and store address.

try to rename both via filemanager into some temporary names to prevent usage of them in the layout.
Default tpl will be taken. You will see is your clone template wrong or not.

or update if that definition already presents

Grid consist of three controllers.
1. Page controller in your case pages/catalog/product.php
2. common/listing_grid.php - common controller that builds grid wrapper html.
3. Response controller that  returns row cells for grid by ajax.

To add column you should to  add  column into grid definition and add column into response.
1. you can change grid definitions with hook

just go to admin->system->localization->language definitions and find key "direction"
It can be ltr,rtl or auto
If it asbent for your language - create it there. (see english keys as example)

i mean rule when all sent emails forwarded into another email address..
You can check gmail chains inside gmail settings. The same stuff presents on SquirellMail that usually installed on hosts..

1. you should to check permissions of file public_html/index.php via CPanel ->file manager. it must have 444 (r-r-r) fot it
2. Check httpd.error log inside CPanel
