Title: Default Bank Transfer Error

Hi! After I upgrade from version 1.2 to version 1.2.1, my "BANK TRANSFER" extension seems to have an error. The message is "Please, set instructions for all languages!". Though I already put an instruction to where customer should bank-in the payment but in the invoice @ email notification the instruction does not appear.  Please help me on how to do the setting. TQVM

Hello.

I see you have old Bank Transfer version 1.0.1
Latest is 1.0.2
Try to disable it then upload latest files with FTP https://github.com/abantecart/abantecart-src/tree/master/public_html/extensions/default_banktransfer
Next step clear AbanteCart cache, enable Bank Transfer and save
