Title: Upgraded error

I'm try to upgrade 1.1.7 to 1.18, but have an error "Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\trilogy\core\lib\targz.php on line 79". :'( :'(
How to solve this error,

Try as your suggestion but still has error. can't enter storefront, redirect to "localhost/goal/static_pages/index.php"
