i used softaculous and click to install

I enabled mbstring  Attachment the image, and not found.

Hmm. This is strange. As some other forum suggest, you need to contact your hosting company.

Possibly PHP mbstring extension is not built properly or you need to restart/rebuild Apache.

as i see on you screenshot you show settings for php v.7 but your native is 5.3.
Please switch selectbox with php- versions to 5.3. and check is mbstring enabled there.
