Support / Update add not active stock 2x on sql database

Good day
With all my efforts to pinpoint my problem of not all of the stock update on my update run I found the following issue.
I logged in on the C-panel and looked up the product line on the sql database. to my shock I have 1500 pages of 250 rows per page stock!!! I sorted it according to the SKU columb. There are about 80 to 100 lines of the same sku number. I delete for 3 hours and suddenly think I must do a test run on the update.
Then the SKU numbers I deleted appeared again 2 times and I ran the update only one time :( :( :( :(

Can you please use that files and settings and see on the sql database itself if the stock is getting more and more with each run like mine. On the abantecart where you add the stock it shows only once.

Support / cronjob stock update missess lots of items

Good day
I've done the cronjob of stock updates the past weeks without any problem (or so i thought) I've checked random items everyday. stock levels udpated.
Yestarday we decided to change our stock names to include the size. Surprise today when lots of item's names were not updated. I've checked the txt file (comma deliminated) and saw no imediate problem as ons of the items not updated was the line before one that had been updated.
I deceided to run the update again but this time manualy and not with the cronjob and all the items were updated. I ran it with doing a schedule and went to schedules and clicked on run. It takes 5 minutes like this. When I load it and have the graphic bar showing it takes about 40 minutes???
Any ideas where I must start looking to see any difference in the shecule tat I'm rerunning with a cronjob or the newly created task.
The log files is complaining about picture links from the day I started running Abantecart and I'm ignoring it. I do not see any other error imediately as ther is about 4300 items and it takes a lot of time to scroll all the lines slowly through.

How-to questions / Change produckt update file name

Good day.
I'm trying to change the file name af the product update file.

I want to do a price update 3 times a day it with a cron job from our physical shop. It is working when I rename the file of our store and replace it manualy on the AbanteCart shop files. 
I can rename the physical shop file, but are afraid as this will be automatic when I create new schedule I must get the programmer of the physical shop in again to rename the file to the new temprory AbanteCart file.

Attached the screen shot of the schedule loaded in the database.

I did a clear cache and it did not help after renaming the file to our default file name.

Any suggestions?

Templates / Product picture show stripe on top

All my products pictures is showing a line/stripe on top. In the top selling. latest special every where execpt when you click on the produckt for more detail or in shopping basket.

How-to questions / Client must log in before entering shop

Good day.

Is it possible to have clients log in before they can view selected products? I would like to have the visitors view some of our items, but must be logged in to see other products. in other word only registered clients can see/view the selected products.

It can also be a whole category with that items inside, butt I would prefer it to be able to select products form different categories to be disabled from viewing from visitors. ( they may be able to se the name of the product, but not the picture or picture and discription. I do not know what is possible and what not. Just try to give options that I will be glad to be able to use.

Is it possible to get abantecart to auto update the stock file automatic with a script at a certain time of the day?
I can upload our stockfile automaticly to the website server.

Good day
It is creating a new item with every import.
We just want to update prices and quantity and not add new items.
I've run it 2 times and every time I got the item added as new item. I did not delete it after first attempt to see if it is something with the name. We use the SKU to update.

When I try to import the price file I get : 2018-05-15 7:46:38 - Error: Missing images data array for products. I do not have image data for the product. It is already loaded on the website. We are importing the price and stock from our physical store. So there are no images on  the import file

Please help

Customization help / Catogories on mobile disapear and mobile display wrong

Hi
On the mobile device the catogories banner disapear. The items is also showing everything underneath each other and not 4 in a row like on the desktop.
And please do not tel me to use the menu button on the mobile. Clients won't know that that is why it is supposed to be like on your adverts on the Abantecart. the display is supposed to look exactely the same on ALL the devices.

Please help me fix this

Support / Add Comments About Your Order on checkout screen

Hi
On the payment information is there is a Add Comments About Your Order block. The problem not all the customers see it as we run only a COD or pay with bank card (we have a mobile card machine) and want the customer to specify if we must send change on the COD or send the card machine. I can only add a block that send an email on the create form. it is not included in the invoice like when you add a comment on the payment page.

Good day.
When I import the price updates I see it is using the Product ID field. The problem is our physical store use an already assigned Product ID. Is it possible to change the Product ID in AbanteCart to match my physical store's Product ID?

Fresh Installation / Website main page blank

Good day.
I've isntalled AbanteCart and i get the admin login and can work there. Database everything is 100% .... except. The website istelf is not showing! Not even main page. NOTHING. I only can login on the admin and do work there. Even from the admin where you can preview your website there is only a blank. not even an error or 404 nothing.

Please help
