How-to questions / Redirect problems

Customers select their products and then enter all their information and click on continue button when they receive this error message,

The page isn't redirecting properly decals/nostalgicracingdecals.com

I am using Windows 10 and CPanel if that makes a difference.

How-to questions / Backup copy questions

I will try and explain what I am doing.

I made a mistake and deleted a sub domain that had all of the abantecart products on it.

I next made a backup copy of my shopping cart from Abantecart and upload that to me desk top.

I created a new sub domain which appears in my public_html directory and then went into files and uploaded the backup copy of my shopping cart products and now I am not sure what to do next.

My hosting service has not been much help with any of this.

I could really use some help trying to figure this out.

If I download a new abantecart is there a format for transfer 1,350 from the old shopping cart to the new shopping cart?

The thought of uploading that many products again is really not something I want to have to do.

How-to questions / Error Message

A hosting service I had just signed up with was trying to make a full backup for my CPanel and screwed something up and they do not seem to know how to fix it.

The error message I am getting is the following, /home/jimhill/puplic_html/decals/core/database/amysqli.php

I think they might have been trying to add something into the code to make a full backup of AbanteCart.

Any help or ideas on how to fix this problem.

When I check Status & Comments section it say's customer notified but when I check with the customer they tell me they are not receiving any notices.

Each time I make a change from pending to processing to shipping it shows that the customer was notified.

Not sure how to fix this problem.

How-to questions / Sending email problems.

I can receive emails through AbanteCart but when I try and reply to those emails the customers are not receiving my messages.

My hosting service say's the problem is not on their end and I am not sure what to try next to fix the problem.

Should I change hosting services if they cannot fix the problem?

I notice when I am in status and comments and I click on the notifies customer button that it only stays on while I am using it.

Do I have to click on the notifies customer button every time I use it to make a change from say processing to shipping?

When I receive an order and then change it from pending to processing to shipped does the customer automatically receive an email each time I change the status of the order?
I have never been able to resolve the problem of sending email from AbanteCart.

I have asked for help from my hosting service but they also have never been unable to fix this problem of why I cannot sent emails to customers with AbanteCart
I have kind of learned to live with this problem for a number of months but now I would love to fix this problem.

I can receive emails from customers but I cannot send or reply to customers emails.

Is there a way to change the prices on all 1,300 at once?

Not sure why it is giving me this error massage,

Coupon is either invalid or reached it's usage limit!

I am already using other Coupon Codes and they seem to work fine.

I have checked the other Coupon Codes and it looks like they are all set up the same way.
