Installation and Configuration / Backup/restore option is missing

I recently upgraded from 1.1.9 to 1.2.0/1.2.1/1.2.2 I was going to backup all my data and do a clean install as some of the feature have been broken since upgrading to 1.2.0 when I login to the admin page and go to backup/restore all i get is a blank page, please see the attached screen shot.

I just tried to manually update my site from 1.1.9 to 1.2.0 and I am receiving the following error and cannot access my store front end or admin area;

I have made a backup copy of my existing installation and want to import that backup onto another installation on a separate domain for some testing functions. I have already uploaded all the files from the "code" folder from the backup, however when I log into my new installation 1.2.1 and I choose restore, I select the .php file and click restore I get a spinning wheel for a few minutes and then an error, I have attached a screenshot of the error and the log

Support / Guest order linked to wrong customer account

My abantecart install has been running just fine for 7 months now, out of the blue the last 3 days I have had customers place an order and choose guest checkout upon completing guest checkout I receive a copy of the email showing their name/address however when I login to my admin control panel and look at "All orders" the customers order # has a different name attached to it, the guest orders are randomly being assigned to existing customer accounts, and the confirmation email is sent to the existing customer email not the Guest order email, see the screenshots for an example.

Customer Tony Balda checked out as a guest however the email was sent to an existing customer "Ki Yoon"

Upon further troubleshooting it appears that the website is leaving customers logged in and when a new customer searches for our page on google and then clicks the link it takes them to our site but has them logged into whomever was the last account to login

Could this be a cache issue?

Support / Help configuring taxes....

my domain is I am using Abantecart version 1.1.9 and I am struggling to get the sale tax configured correctly. I need to charge 6.85% sales tax to any orders shipped to Utah

I have attached screenshots of my current tax settings no matter what I do I cannot get taxes to show under guest account or registered user account. If I turn on the option that says display prices with sales tax it shows taxes on the main site but when you go to the cart it drops them from the sub total.

Please help!!  :o :o :o

General Support / User password reset does not work

I am using version 1.1.8 whenever a customer tries to reset their own password the system will generate one and send it to them but it does not seem to be the correct password....

Also can I make it so the username/email for the account is not case sensitive?
