when was this product turned off? sometimes google crawls url which it has crawled in past and shows incorrect result. The best way to avoid this as per my suggestion is to submit a sitemap so it tells google to crawl only those pages. Yes customer got comments in their email. Because I also get a copy of every email so that if customer calls us asking about their confirmation email we can forward them a copy.
Also how can I fix address_zip to zip code?

Hi,
when a customer places order online and I go to status & comment I see text field label names instead of real names means instead of zip code I see address_zip same with other fields (look at image attached = capture.jpg). I have searched for that field and it is only found in this order. Also the email that customer got has similar type of language in comments section (image = capture1.jpg)
Is there a way where we can show actual label instead of address_*
Also any idea why does paypal order adds this in comments section because we don't want customer to see it and it adds under comment section in their confirmation email.

Hi,
Tshirt is with only selected book so for example book A comes with Free Tshirt A and book B comes with Free Tshirt B
There are no sizes option as of now they are all L size so I am not worried about it.
I still can't figure out how to add a free product with any product?
In a Nutshell if customer purchases Book A free Tshirt with price 0 should be added (no options in Tshirt).

I am selling books and would like to add free t-shirt with every purchase. I can write it in the description that you will get free t-shirt but sometimes we forget to add it and customers don't receive it.
Is there a way I can add another product with price = 0 and it gets added when the book is added and removed when book is removed? in this way customer can also see a Tshirt in their order with price = 0

are you sure you changed the correct file ? If you have an extension then there will be same files with same location path
example extensions -> theme-> storefront .....
As you said you tried removing them and things were unchanged I think you are in wrong file.

INSERT INTO `{your table_prefix}settings`( `store_id`, `group`, `key`, `value`) VALUES ( 0, 'details',   'alphavantage_api_key',  '-your-own-api-key-');

{your table_prefix} means if you have a table names `ac_settings` in your database if not then use just `settings`

To verify this go to you database and scroll at the very bottom there should be a table named `settings` if you have added some prefix to it then `prefix_settings`

Hi,

Thanks for v 1.2.14 is there a way we can see demo of v 1.2.14 ?
I have signed in for demo here at http://www.abantecart.com/shopping-cart-demo and it shows 1.2.10 not 1.2.14
I have made some custom changes to my version and I want to make sure if I should update to latest version or no as that will take lot of work.

I read all the changes here https://github.com/abantecart/abantecart-src/releases/tag/1.2.14 and liked that you now working on PHP 7.3 and MySQL 8.0 but if we can view the latest version's demo that would be great.

I guess I have to download the latest version and install it locally.

Go to https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps and enable access for less secure apps.
Google needs user to confirm that they are giving permission other wise they will see PASSWORD error in AbanteCart

My customers tell me they are still not receiving updates I send them on their orders such as pending, processing and shipping.
I followed the instructions in the link that you sent to me so now I am wondering what else might be the problem.

I am using AbanteCart to respond to any messages I get so I am thinking that some how I have the wrong settings in my email account or something is blocking my email.

I also use gmail for the business.

1. Does your customer receive order confirmation email?

4. Maybe everything is right but all your emails are going in Spam / Junk / Promotion folder
