Hi Basara,

I am running AbanteCart Version 1.2.13.

Also, the latest two extensions that I have utilized are the Camila theme and the SEO Pack

I did never encounter such issue before - I am looking at the documentation - and I am still puzzled.

I cannot figure out where or what to look for; let alone what to do.

Hi guys,

I have come across an issue that puzzles me and I need your insights here.

When I go to

Catalog > Products > Relations

and I add various products - to one of my existing products - so as to relate the products to each other, and click save...

Something weird occurs:

Afterwards I cannot do this again because I am confronted with the following issue (as seen in the attachment product-relations-issue-1 and product-relations-issue-2)...

The correct one would be as seen in the attachment called "relations-products-1" but after I save the changes I get this long blank thing.

Any suggestions or ides that could cause this problem?

All I see is just a long blank page.

PS: When I click the inspect option I receive the following error from the console as seen in attachment "error-inspect".

As well as the following error-notice:

Active resource loading counts reached a per-frame limit while the tab was in background. Network requests will be delayed until a previous loading finishes, or the tab is brought to the foreground. See for more details

 In all honesty I do not know if this is relevant or not.

There are to codes that need to be insterted.


Copy the tag below and paste it in between the <head></head> tags of every page of your website. You only need to install the global site tag once per account, even if you are tracking multiple actions.


The event snippet works with the global site tag to track actions that should be counted as conversions. Choose whether to track conversions on a page load or click.

Hi Guys,

I have recently started to utilize google ads so as to promote my online store (you know, checking how things will go etc).

Please Note: I am the one doing the advertisement for my store.

Now, somewhere Google Ads states - that so as to improve my google ads ranking etc - I should add an HTML code to my abantecart store (to be more precise, I would have to add a "Google Site Tag" and a "Event snippet").

Here are my Questions:
1. Can it be done?
2. How do you do it?
3. Should I do it (I mean, is it worth it)?

My problem occurred when, after I paid through paypal, I clicked return to merchant.

Usually, I received something like "Oops, there was a problem with your order", but the payment was completed. In the admin there appeared a message saying something "failed etc."; and by changing the status manually... the download was OK to go.

BUT... since your reply, I tried it again and it worked.

Frankly, I do not know how... but it works.

So, I will consider this case closed... and I will go with the assumption that I might have done something wrong during the setup.

On that note, I have a final question:

If I want the following scenario to happen with my digital download, how do I do it?

A customer chooses a digital download, pays for it and afterwards, I want the download to be available to the customer automatically.

Do I chose the option immediately, as seen in the pic?

Hi guys, I have a question concerning digital downloads...

I was able to do all required things and it works.. so far so good  :)

Now, here is the issue:

Under "digital" product > files , if you click on the edit icon, you are presented with various options (obviously).

Under "Maximum downloads" it practically tells you that "Count of downloads allowed for customer"...

From what I was able to deduct that means:

If I leave this field blank, although the customer did pay for the product only once, he is able to download it as many times as he wants.

If I set this number to 3, it means that although the customer paid for only one product he is able to download it for 3 times.

If I set this number to 1, the customer pays for one digital item and is able to download it only one time ... BUT... if the customer buys the same product again, an error occurs which does not allow him to re-download the digital item again (and if I am not mistaken, the customer did pay for it).
The only way to bypass this, is if the administrator manually allows for a new download.

Am I missing something here?
If not, how can this issue be resolved?

Yes I do have Softaculous but never got into it in much depth.

Just one question though; let us assume that I do clone everything, that I do perform all changes etc...

Afterwards, how do I move everything to the official public store?

Hi guys,

since it has been so long since the last time I did it I would like to ask a question.

I am running an online store and currently I have a theme installed.

I am intending to install a new theme.

The issue is that the store is online, aka public, so my question is the flowing:

Can I work on the new theme in the "background", doing all necessary changes - like photos, css etc. - and once the changes have been completed to switch it to the official public one?

If yes, how can I do it?
