Hi, how do you guys identify users' real geo-location? I am testing Geoxies webservice now, but I am not sure I installed it correctly or not. Does anyone know how to use their API?

You can check Maxmind for GeoIP check

Great idea to create an extension to check orders with Maxmind or any other one.

You could also try velocity checking.  Find all orders from the current customer's IP address which occur within a given amount of time. If it exceeds a set number, flag the orders for review before shipping..
