If the logo change isn't taking effect after uploading a new image, it may be worth checking whether the site cache has been cleared. In some cases, browsers or caching extensions continue displaying the old logo even after the new file has been uploaded successfully.

You could also verify:

The image file meets the recommended dimensions and format.
The logo was uploaded to the correct store/theme.
Theme overrides are not replacing the default logo settings.
Cache has been cleared from both the admin panel and browser.

Has anyone experienced this issue specifically with a custom theme? Knowing the AbanteCart version and theme being used might help narrow down the cause.
