Bootstrap5 Brandscrolling List

Hello I've been messing around with the bootstrap5 theme and adding the brand scrolling list block, It add the block but they are not scrolling? Any idea why this is happening?

This post of mine was (Read 1861 times) and nobody has an answer or solution for this issue, this was working in the default theme, is it possible to make it work on the bootstrap5 theme?

Because brands are displayed but it does not scroll like it use to.
