cant figure out how to change white on white background

I can't seem to figure out how to change the setting for the customer address info or the shipping options. I highlighted one section so you can see its there but its impossible to read. can someone show me where the setting is for this or what I need to change?

There are no settings for this. Most likely you add some code to the theme or have another extension installed.

so I can do a page inspection in firefox and Ive found the color setting that I can turn off to make the letters black and easy to read. now my question is how do I make that stay that way? how do I edit my layout?
