I am new and just setting everything up.  I am trying to run a test transaction.  I enter all of the information including my credit card.  As soon as I hit confirm order, I get this error message:  Unknown error encountered. Please try again!

I went to my dashboard and there were no error messages.  This is all very new to me so I am not sure what to do next?

I have fast checkout enabled.  I am using Authorize.net.  I have AbanteCart Version 1.3.3

Hello.
We advise upgrading to the most recent version of AbanteCart, which is 1.4.2 and switch to boostrap5 theme to see if same error occurs.  This will help determine if the error is template related

This is the same exact issue I am having. If I use a third party hosting site, would I still be able to update AbanteCart on my end or is this something the host needs to do?
