no images in admin page after installing

Installed abantecart 1.3.2 but no images shown after installed in admin page very strange when using wamp, in xampp not getting this error. What should I do ?  a module missing? (see attachments)

Hello,

Version 1.3.2 is outdated and requires an older PHP version, which you likely don't have. We recommend installing the latest version, 1.4.0
