install directory present

 - what does this mean -

i get a warning message  >>

" You still have install directory present in your AbanteCart installation directory. It is recommended you delete this directory"

what does it mean, and how do i change it

for a newby like me, it is not very clear

there are no instructions

and there are so many files on the server

where do i go

and in what file do i change it

Hello.

Use ftp software or hosting panel filemanager got to the root of your site (where AbanteCart is installed) and remove install folder

'install' is not a file but folder (or directory). If you really have not 'install ' folder You should not see this message

The install directory does not appear for me using 2 different versions of FTP software yet I still have the warning. It's not hurting anything, I think? But it does have me scratching my head a bit.

~ my bad ... when I went back and refreshed the screen the warning was gone.

There is not a cold "install" file with me.
