Please help - Resgister button missing Account Creation - bootstrap5 template

I am able to see the register button to click to create a new user account however when i change the template to bootstrap5 there is no button to submit new accounts. Please find screenshot.

Thank you for the response, if i fill in the form i still do not see the button to submit. If i change the template to the default one of Abantecart , the submit button is available. Its only not visible with the bootstrap template. Please help

I see you modified layouts
Did you modify it in the Page builder extension or in the regular AbanteCart Layouts manager?

You have an javascript errors on the page.
Try to disable or uninstall jivochat extension's js code and test.

I deleted page builder and bootstrap5 and now i cannot get it back How do i redownload the bootstrap5 extn, any idea ?
