After uploading the new logo in the admin panel, please check if there are any related errors in the AbanteCart error log. Also, let us know if the logo update is visible in the admin area.
Feel free to attach the logo file so we can take a closer look.

hi,
I don't have an idea why that issue been but i did copied the original folders and uploaded them with the classical way through FTP. I thing the reason behind it internet speed or something related to the clone process and transferring the data from one to other.
Any way, my issue SOLVED this way.
